3.Bottle caps are fed through the chain conveyor line.The servo picks up the gaskets and precisely places them inside the bottle cap,

   ensuring that each gasket is accurate, flat, and wrinkle-free.

4.Automatic detection function: bottle caps with missing or extra gaskets are automatically rejected; intelligent identification 

   of the front and back of the gasket, and automatic alarm and prompts when a fault occurs.

5.It adopts PLC control, the servo motor controls the placement of the gasket, ensuring a repeatability accuracy of ±0.05mm

   for each placement, effectively preventing gasket eccentricity or damage.

6.Depending on different production capacity requirements, you can choose to add gaskets at a single workstation or add 

   gaskets simultaneously at multiple workstations.
